Underfloor heating services across Sydney, surrounding NSW and Canberra
We supply and install electric underfloor heating, and each page below takes one kind of building and says what we lay in it. Installation covers Sydney, surrounding NSW and Canberra, subject to checking installer availability first. Under tile heating mats, in screed heating cable and in slab heating cable can also be ordered on their own. We deliver them anywhere in Australia, with our thermostats to run them.
What the job involves in each kind of building
Each page covers the products we lay there, how the installation runs, and the questions customers ask most about that kind of job. If your project does not match one of them, send your plans through and we will quote it.

Common questions about our services
Which areas do you install in?
We install electric underfloor heating across Sydney, surrounding NSW and Canberra, and we check installer availability before a day is agreed. Supply reaches further, and under tile heating mats, in screed heating cable and in slab heating cable are delivered anywhere in Australia. Where a job sits outside the installation area, we can recommend a subcontractor to do the installing.
How long does a quote take?
We design and quote within 1 to 2 business days of your plans arriving. We measure the heated areas from those plans and work out the cable size before either quote is written. The first quote covers the materials, and a second quote covers the labour if you want us to install as well, and both are free.
Who lays the floor over the heating?
Your own tiler does. We lay the heating and nothing above it, so your tiler covers it afterwards. Over in screed heating cable that is the sand and cement screed, and over under tile heating mats it is the tile bed. Waterproofing is arranged by your own waterproofer, and the floor has to be prepared and ready before the day we install.
Which thermostat comes with the heating?
A thermostat comes with the heating, and we supply and install it along with the heating cable or the under tile heating mats. There are several models, and the touch screen model with Wi-Fi control is the one most customers choose. Allow 24 hours of heat up time whichever model you pick, because some systems run on time of use or off peak electricity.
What protects the cable while the other trades work over it?
A cable monitor goes on every job we install. It stays connected while the other trades work over the heating, so damage is found while the cable can still be reached. We also test the heating cables with our own equipment while they are going in, and again once the installation is complete. The layout is photographed before the floor is closed up.
Send us your floor plans.
We quote the materials free of charge, and the labour too if you want us to install.
